1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing and using kamikagroup.com and our services (including the Data Checker, TopUp, and SIM card products sold through B4travel and Alt SIM Card), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service.

2. Services

Kamika Group provides:

  • Travel SIM cards and eSIM solutions through B4travel and Alt SIM Card brands
  • Online Data Checker tool for monitoring SIM card usage
  • Self-service TopUp (plan addition) for eligible SIM cards
  • Plan management features (Pause/Resume)

3. TopUp Service

3.1 Eligibility

TopUp is available for B4travel eSIM cards (simTypeId=2) and Physical SIM cards (simTypeId=1). RT eSIM cards (simTypeId=4) are not eligible for self-service TopUp.

3.2 Payment

All TopUp payments are processed in Hong Kong Dollars (HKD) via Stripe. Prices are displayed as Suggested Retail Prices (SRP). Payment is required before plan activation.

3.3 Plan Activation

  • After successful payment, the new plan will be added to your SIM card within approximately 30 seconds
  • If the new plan is not activated immediately, our system will retry automatically
  • If activation fails after multiple attempts, please contact our support team for assistance

3.4 Plan Pause

Important: Once a service plan is paused, it cannot be restarted. Please use the Pause function with caution. To use a newly purchased plan immediately, you must first pause your current active plan.

4. Refund Policy

  • If a TopUp payment is successful but plan activation fails and cannot be resolved, a full refund will be issued via Stripe
  • Refund requests must be made within 7 days of purchase
  • Activated plans cannot be refunded
  • For refund enquiries, contact us via WhatsApp or email

5. Product Warranty

B4travel offers a Double Compensation guarantee on select products. Please refer to the specific product listing on b4travel.shop for warranty details applicable to your purchase.

6. Limitation of Liability

Kamika Group shall not be liable for:

  • Network coverage or speed variations in different countries or regions
  • Service interruptions caused by third-party network operators
  • Loss arising from incorrect ICCID entry or unauthorised account access
  • Indirect, consequential, or incidental damages

7. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

  • Use our services for any unlawful purpose
  • Attempt to circumvent rate limiting or security measures
  • Use automated tools to access the Data Checker beyond normal usage
  • Resell TopUp services without authorisation

8. Intellectual Property

All content, trademarks, and intellectual property on kamikagroup.com, including the B4travel and Alt SIM Card brand names and logos, are owned by Kamika Group.

9. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by the laws of the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region.

10. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
