Download the eSIM by scanning the QR code provided after purchase. Go to your phone's Settings > Mobile Data > Add eSIM, then scan the QR code. The eSIM will be ready to use when you arrive at your destination. Most modern iPhones (XS and later) and Android phones support eSIM.

For eSIM, your phone must be carrier-unlocked and eSIM-compatible. For physical SIM cards, your phone must be unlocked to accept a foreign SIM. Most phones purchased outright (not on contract) are unlocked. Contact your carrier if unsure.

Some plans include a high-speed data allowance (e.g., 5GB, 10GB, 20GB at 5G speeds). After reaching the allowance, speeds may be reduced but you will still have connectivity. Unlimited data plans from Alt SIM Card have no data cap.
